Grand Anzac Hotel

It was an interesting experience to say the least as we needed a place to stay overnight and we chose it based on availability and parking. We didn't imagine it would be on one of the busiest streets in the town center. The parking was a bummer at first as there is a valet and you have to leave the keys, but I needed to go back and forth - luckily the receptionist was Romanian and she helped us with this issue. The rooms look a bit worn and do not give you the best impression, but it was clean enough and we could rest. The bathroom is small and the light is not so fine. General noise could be an issue for some. The personnel was fine and the person administrating the booking account seemed interested in our needs. Breakfast was fine for the price paid. Overall we felt good in the end and we could also visit the center.

We enjoyed out time at the Grand ANZAC Hotel. The location is perfect. The staff very helpful and obliging, especially Okan. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast was adequate, there is something suitable for everyone. Being in the centre there is an element of street noise, which is only to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the town. Easy to walk to shops, bars restaurants. Close to wharf and parks.

Location, location, location! Big breakfast with lots of items to choose from. There was a water cooler which is great for refilling water bottles.

Arrived to great service that helped us with our room, all our questions, and helped us book a tour. Room was a good size, beds and bathroom adequate. Great location!
